Mondays, who likes them? Well, when they’re as creative and busy as they are at Coal, we all do! Monday included a video shoot with Susan Shoemaker from Riggs Asset Management on Women and Investing, which she will also be discussing on a panel next week! Our weekly meeting with The Woodlands was focused on the opening of their deck bar in the beginning of May. Matt worked on the new menu for the bar, which will feature many different types of Tequilas that you can enjoy in the form of freshly muddled margaritas, premium mixed drinks, and even tequila flights. CoalCreative also took over the 16th Annual TecBridge Business Plan Competition. Our owner Gerard presented his business Powerbomb TV and our director of business development Holly modeled for another business in the competition called RAE Sleeves.
The rest of the week was busy for our videographers. Wednesday took Will to the Mohegan Sun Arena for the first of four town halls for the local industrial parks, run by the Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce‘s Engage! Program. As always, NEPA Scene was live streamed from our office with the help of our videographers and video interns. Thursday, Will and Sean got footage of hypnotist Marc Marshall at Special Guest app. The week capped off Friday with mock interviews by Sam and Holly at West Side Career Tech with Multi Media Students.
In the midst of all this, our graphic designers finished a business card design and letterhead design for Church Services Group and The Woodlands May Bar Card, Will finalized the video spotlights for the Wilkes-Barre Connect Level Up! Spotlight event next week. We’re also very excited to be in the final stages of solidifying our summer and fall 2018 interns – look for that post coming soon!
