Introducing CoalCreative’s Summer 2017 Interns!

CoalCreative is pleased to introduce our four incoming Summer 2017 Interns from Misericordia University, Wilkes University, and West Chester University!

Let’s give a warm welcome to our newest team members and learn a bit more about them:

Cassidy Clement is an NEPA native and a Marketing major and Management minor at Wilkes University. She is interested in digital marketing and web design. When asked what she is looking forward to as an intern with CoalCreative, Cassiday said, “I am looking forward to working on media and marketing tasks as well as being part of a company that is bringing media and its potential to the area. It is very cool and exciting to be a part of tech/media startup company that is looking to local university talent to continue its growth. I hope to bring my skills and interest of technology and business to CoalCreative.”

Cassidy Califano is a senior studying Web Technology and Film Criticism at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. “I’m super excited to learn how to film and edit with a green screen using CoalCreative’s high-quality video equipment. I spent the first two and a half years of my college undergrad as a Biology major craving a creative outlet,” Cassidy exclaimed. “Once I discovered I could combine my love for video-making and web design, there was no turning back.”

Mike Gombita is a senior Communications major with a Marketing minor at Misericordia University. Mike is a local of NEPA residing in Equinunk, Pennsylvania and said that he is looking forward to the work that this summer has to offer with CoalCreative. Mike expressed, “I do my best in staying up to date with the latest trends and latest things going on within the media world such as social media and other marketing concepts. I am looking forward to the unique internship of working side by side with some of the employees at CoalCreative.”

Darcy Huff is a senior at Wilkes University in the Digital Design and Media Art program with a minor in Marketing. She is also coming to Coal with a background in SEO, copywriting and social media management.
